1) To create a successful brand for a company that can tour productions of classical texts both nationally and internationally

2) To generate and sustain an ensemble of actors who share and develop skills and can explore a 21st century solution to the extinct repertory system

3) To question what constitutes a ‘classical text’ and determine which authors’ works complement and enhance our understanding and enjoyment of Shakespeare and his contemporaries and should be a permanent part of the repertoire
